In this epic one day workbee we will learn how to make roasted garlic jelly and Garlic Syrup// a two part process. This is a good time to process the rest of your garlic as spring nears. Some of you may have some left in your storage that hasn’t been planted and you will want to process it before it starts to go soft. Come join us to process and learn what you could do with your own garlic! In this work-bee we’ll be using organic garlic from Red Lion Organic Farm in Salmo, Make some and take some home with you!!!
