Are you dreaming about building a root cellar?
This tour should inspire you & help inform some design decisions.

We’ll load up a bus and visit 6-8 different valley cellars, each unique in materials, age, function & budget. We’ll do Q&A with all the owners and then join the culinary class to share a lovely root-centric meal & some stellar discussion back at the Valley Kitchen.

(Meal will address dietary / allergy restrictions and have offerings for folks who are DF/WF/and vegan)
